黃總經理親自主持，邀集公司內外建案同仁參與「中和華中段工地」觀摩大會，展示標準「雙面背膠」施工法，並與一般業界單面背膠進行對照。確保各工地能有效推動地磚雙面背膠施工原則，並嚴格辦理自主品管檢查。

交通部鐵路改建工程局東部工程處黃鳳岡處長視察台東「C712A標菩安金崙段土建及一般機電工程案」，每兩週一次主動視察，除了聽取工程進度、施工說明，了解每項工程施作品質與工地安全外，同時一一檢視細節部分，要求務必做到最佳工程品質。

本年度土水協會年會暨國際論壇，由根基營造與土水協會共同舉辦，今（12/2）上午年會圓滿結束，恭賀王炤烈先生榮任第23屆理事長，根基很榮幸能夠一同參與這個重要的時刻。
