In order to improve the traffic barrier of Changhua Yuanlin area and promote local construction and development, the project started on June 29, 2010. The YCL-121 Yuanlin viaduct project was contracted by Kindom Construction and was completed the main work items of the first phase in March 2013, and follow-up will hand over to track laying operations.
