The planned road is the No. 65 expressway, starting from National Highway No. 1 Wugu Interchange in the north, and passing Xinzhuang and Banqiao to National Highway No. 3 Tucheng Interchange in the south. The No. 3-1 sign (Zhongzheng Road to Dahan River) (Qiao County Min Avenue Section) is 1.88 kilometers long and was contracted by foundation construction. It was completed at 102.1.22, and the entire Taiwan 65 line was opened to traffic on 102.1.31.
